When you need technical support, the process usually works like this:
- Upon first discovering a problem or question please email (preferred) or call our customer support department. The most common problems arise from computer configuration or compatibility issues which are usually easily resolved.
- If the problem is determined to be a faulty component, and you are comfortable with replacing it, we'll send out instructions and all needed parts.
- If a problem cannot be resolved remotely, we may issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and ask you to return the unit. Please obtain an RMA number before returning any equipment for service.
- Depending on the circumstances, Apogee has visited customers to personally debug the issue. We want to ensure that you have the best possible service.
